Questions from park residents
Do I need permission from my park before remodeling?
Most parks ask to be told about exterior work, and some have rules on colors, materials and setbacks. We'll coordinate with your park office and make sure the project follows community rules.
Who issues permits for work inside a mobile home park?
In most California parks, it's the state Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD). Some cities and counties have taken over enforcement. We know which applies and pull the permit for you.
Can you make my home safer and easier to get around?
Yes. We install walk-in showers, grab bars, comfort-height toilets, sturdy steps with handrails, ramps and level walkways, often as part of a kitchen or bath remodel.
