A close-knit crew with deep mobile home experience
Wickens Construction & MHS has served the greater Bay Area since 2004. We're a team of ten, and together we bring more than 300 years of combined hands-on experience in the mobile home industry. That means decades of solving real problems and doing work that lasts.
We hold California's C-47 General Manufactured Housing Contractor license, a mobile home–specific license that's rare among contractors, along with a B General Building license. It lets us bring focused expertise to kitchen and bath remodels, exterior work and insurance repairs on manufactured homes.
The business is owned by Bruce Wickens and run out of our shop on Cotting Court in Vacaville. We believe a mobile home doesn't mean limited options. It's full of potential. Every project starts with a conversation, and our process is built around listening to what matters most to you.
