Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Wickens Construction & MHS ("we," "us") collects through wickensconstructionandmhs.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you send an estimate request, we receive what you type into the form: your name and phone number, and, if you choose to provide them, your email address, city, mobile home community, the service you're interested in, and a description of your project.

Information collected automatically. Like every website, our hosting provider receives basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view. We use it only to deliver the site, keep it secure and understand overall traffic.

We do not collect Social Security numbers, payment card numbers or other sensitive information through this website. Please don't include them in the form.

How we use it

• To respond to your request, schedule an estimate and provide our services.
• To contact you by phone, text or email about your request. We don't add you to marketing lists.
• To protect the site from spam and abuse.
• To understand, in aggregate, which pages are useful so we can improve the site.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or cross-site tracking, and we don't use cookies to identify you. Because of that, you won't see a cookie consent banner here.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies or local storage, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not track you across other websites.

Services we use

We share information only with service providers that help us run the website, and only as needed for that purpose:

• Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this website and provides Turnstile, which checks that form submissions come from a person rather than a bot, and Web Analytics.
• Resend delivers the contents of your estimate request to our inbox by email.
• OpenStreetMap provides the map tiles on our Service Areas page. When that map loads, your browser requests map images directly from OpenStreetMap's servers, which receive your IP address.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep estimate requests and project records as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal, tax and licensing obligations, then delete them.

Your California privacy rights

You may ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it. To make a request, call us at (707) 447-7475 or write to us at the address below. We'll verify the request and respond within the time required by law. We won't treat you differently for making a request.

Do Not Track: because we don't track you across websites, we don't change our practices in response to browser "Do Not Track" signals or Global Privacy Control. There is no cross-site tracking for them to turn off.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

Security

The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS, and form submissions are protected against automated abuse. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top.
