On a mobile home, outdoor structures have their own attachment and permit rules. As a C-47 licensed manufactured housing contractor, we design and build them to fit your home, your lot and your park.

How long does a patio cover take to install?
Most standard patio covers are finished in a few days, depending on size, features and materials. We give you a clear timeline after the consultation.
Can you attach a patio cover or carport to a mobile home?
Yes. Attachments to manufactured homes have specific structural requirements, and our C-47 license covers exactly this kind of work.
Do you pour the concrete too?
Yes. We can pour the slab, footings and walkways and build the cover, steps or ramp on top, so one crew is responsible for the whole project.
