Bathrooms are one of the most requested remodels in mobile homes, and for good reason. Original fiberglass tubs crack, floors around the toilet go soft, and a step-over tub gets harder to use every year. We rebuild mobile home bathrooms so they're comfortable, easy to keep clean and safe to use.
We know accessibility well: low-threshold and walk-in showers, properly anchored grab bars, comfort-height toilets and slip-resistant floors. You get a bathroom that fits how you live today and in ten years.
What a bathroom remodel can include
- Tub-to-shower conversions and walk-in or low-threshold showers
- Grab bars anchored into solid blocking, not just drywall
- Comfort-height toilets and new supply and drain connections
- Vanities, sinks, faucets, mirrors and medicine cabinets
- Slip-resistant flooring, plus subfloor repair where water has done damage
- Exhaust fans and better lighting
- Plumbing repairs and fixture replacements
What's different about mobile home bathrooms
Hidden water damage
Leaks around tubs and toilets are the number-one cause of soft floors in mobile homes. We open it up, fix the subfloor and joists, then rebuild.
Odd sizes
Manufactured-home tubs, showers and doorways often aren't standard sizes. We know which replacement products actually fit.
Blocking for safety
Grab bars only work if there's solid backing behind them. We add it inside the wall where it belongs.
Underbelly plumbing
Drains run through the belly of the home, so we reseal and insulate what we open.
Bathroom Remodeling FAQ
Can you replace my bathtub with a walk-in shower?
Yes. Tub-to-shower conversions are one of our most common projects. We remove the old tub, repair the floor underneath and install a shower with a low or no-step entry.
How long does a mobile home bathroom remodel take?
A simple remodel often takes about a week. Projects with subfloor repair or a full shower conversion can take longer. You'll get a timeline before we start.
My floor feels soft next to the toilet. Is that a big problem?
It usually means water has reached the subfloor. It's best to fix it early, before the damage spreads to the joists. We can inspect it and give you options.
Do you install grab bars by themselves?
Yes, and we can add them to an existing bathroom. We make sure each bar is anchored into solid backing so it will hold your weight.
