About Silverado Pines
Silverado Pines is a mobile home community on Silverado Trail in Napa, Napa County, with about 85 home sites. It's about 24 miles from our shop in Vacaville.
We're a C-47 licensed manufactured housing contractor, so we can handle the whole job for homes here, including the HCD permit for work on the home and the park construction permit for anything built next to it.

Structures like awnings, patio covers, porches and carports inside the park need a park construction permit from the state Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD). Remodeling the home itself (plumbing, electrical, walls, siding) is permitted by HCD. We pull both.
Do I need the park's approval before starting?
