Mission Bay is a mobile home community on Wicks Boulevard in San Leandro, Alameda County, with about 366 home sites. It's about 63 miles from our shop in Vacaville.
We're a C-47 licensed manufactured housing contractor, so we can handle the whole job for homes here, including the HCD permit for work on the home and the park construction permit for anything built next to it.

Structures like awnings, patio covers, porches and carports inside the park need a park construction permit from the state Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD). Remodeling the home itself (plumbing, electrical, walls, siding) is permitted by HCD. We pull both.
Do I need the park's approval before starting?
Usually, yes. Most parks ask to review exterior work, and many have rules on colors, materials, setbacks and work hours. We work with the park office as part of the project.
